For cheese, demand has continued to weaken, but since producers are not under sales pressure now, prices have been stable.

And in Switzerland?

The milk price is also moving in Switzerland. The largest cooperative, Mooh, has reduced its prices for March by Fr 0.01.

The production of skimmed milk powder and protein concentrates has increased sharply recently, but since demand is rather restrained, prices are constantly falling. Fortunately, milk fat is picking up somewhat, otherwise cheese prices would come under massive pressure.

Milk fat will not rise indefinitely and then cheese production will pick up and then protein powder will push cheese into the ground.
