With the exception of the exchange rate, there were no surprises over the festive period; the markets were very stable. We do not expect the first concrete movements until next week.

We would like to use this first newsletter to wish all our readers a happy and successful New Year.

We will continue to consistently pursue our brand strategy this year. Last year, we successfully created our brands for the processing industry. With "Cheesepro Walo" "Cagliata Walo" "Gran Pasta Walo" and "Hi-Lo Walo", we are the only company in Europe to offer a complete range of high-quality cheeses with the aim of giving our customers a competitive advantage.

If you have a cheese dairy and would like to produce for us: We are constantly on the lookout for suppliers who meet our standards. We promise you that you will achieve the highest prices with us in the long term.

But the most important thing last year was that we launched new Flower Meadow cheeses with natural raw milk, and soon our new brochure with these unique specialties will be published. It is currently being printed and will be delivered at the end of January.

In a 48-page book we present the most complete range of Swiss cheeses made with raw milk. Created for cheese counters and cheese specialists all over the world who want to build up a loyal clientele with a unique range.

Word of our enthusiasm for Flower Meadow cheese has spread and Affineur Walo has appeared in numerous publications. Wherever cheese is involved, we are asked for advice and are happy to provide information. In total, we have been able to inform more than 20 million readers about the benefits of Flower Meadow cheese made with natural raw milk. We already have inquiries for 2024 and will continue to provide information about the taste and health benefits of Flower Meadow cheese and debunk cheese myths.
