Today from the foothills of the Alps in the Bernese Oberland. Two wonderful flower meadow cheeses are made in these mountains. Both of course from pure untreated raw milk. 2 certified alpine cheeses that are produced on a wood fire in the traditional way.
- Berner Alpkäse AOP, ideal ripening min. 6 months
- Bernese Hobel cheese AOP, ideal ripening min. 24 months
